TOURS ON GRASS RIVER

Tour the Grass River by kayak, pontoon boat, or wetland boardwalk.
KAYAK TOURS
There is no better way to experience Grass River than by paddling its calm waters and enjoying its unique wildlife! On these guided tours, visitors explore Grass River by kayak and find out about GRNA’s conservation efforts, wetland plants, and wildlife. Adults only.
Public Tours: We offer a series of guided kayak river tours for the public throughout the summer and fall.  See Classes and Programs Page for more details. 

Private Tours: If you have a group of 3-6 interested in a private kayak tour, contact james@grassriver.org to schedule.

Note: We have kayaks available for rent from the Grass River Dock! 
Kayaks must be reserved in advance to have staff ready to prep equipment, and during the open hours of the Center, 10am-4pm. Kayaks may not be available on some days due to other programming. Available June-September. Six single kayaks are available. No tandems.

$30 for 2-3 hours, $50 for 4-6 hours (must be returned by 4pm)

GUIDED RIVER WALKS
Have a group that would like a private 2-hour tour led by one of our knowledgeable naturalists? Experience the wetlands of Grass River by traversing over the wetlands on boardwalks to the river as a guide leads you in learning about our history, conservation efforts, and the local flora and fauna of GRNA. $50 group minimum. Please allow at least two-weeks notice to schedule a private tour.
