COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Grass River Natural Area strives to share our mission through ongoing outreach activities.
  • GRNA mission: to manage the Grass River Natural Area, conserve and protect its watershed and provide opportunities that increase knowledge, appreciation and community-wide stewardship of the natural environment.

We fulfill this mission through thoughtful management of the Grass River Center and 1,503 acres of ecologically significant habitat in addition to classes, events and opportunities that educate adults and children on the importance of preserving special places like Grass River through environmental education and research.

If your group or organization would like to learn more about GRNA's Community Outreach Opportunities, please contact [email protected] or (231)-533-8314.
