Grass River Natural Area is always seeking new board
members. We are a friendly, cohesive group who care
deeply about the environment and education. Grass River
board service is extremely rewarding. The work we do at
Grass River not only touches the lives of children but
also enhances the lives of residents of and visitors to
Antrim County. The board term is three years with term
limits at six years of service. The Grass River Board
of Directors meet once a month and board members are
expected to participate in community awareness and
fundraising events. Service on the Grass River Board
is a wonderful way to meet new people and become
involved in the Antrim County community.

We particularly seek board members with the
following backgrounds:

• Public relations/marketing
• Fund Development
• Legal
• Accounting/Financial
• Teaching/Curriculum planning
• Environmental Sciences
